Cynthia joined the office in October 2022 after serving almost 7 years with the Arizona State Legislature. Prior to working at the Legislature, she worked in both the private and public sectors. She earned a BS in Psychology, a BA in Public Affairs, and a Master of Public Affairs with a concentration in Justice Studies while at Washington State University. During her undergraduate studies, she was selected to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Summer Honors Internship Program where she was an intern at the Behavioral Science Unit at the FBI Academy in Quantico, VA. Cynthia is also certified as an Investigator/Inspector by the Council on Licensure, Enforcement and Regulation (CLEAR).
